  • 6-10 players, with 1 ball, 2 cones

Distance: 20 m.

Task:

1 – 2 -3 – 4 – 5: „up pass – return pass” – horizontal double pass – „diagonal pass/penetrate” combination

6: returns to the end of the     queue

The drill repeats from the start.

Continuous execution.

Duration: 6 min.

Objective:

  • 6-10 players + 3 balls, 2 cones
  • Black players acting in role of passers
  • Substitute black players every minute!

6: dribbling ball, goes to the end of the queue
