BASIC COORDINATION DRILLS
1st drill
Objective:

Organization:
- 6-10 players, with 1 ball, 2 cones
Distance: 20 m.
Task:
1 – 2 -3 – 4 – 5: „up pass – return pass” – horizontal double pass – „diagonal pass/penetrate” combination
6: returns to the end of the queue

2nd drill
Objective:

- Black players acting in role of passers

Objective:
